# ERROR Form 635

 * Hello,
 * I own the WordPress website [http://www.charmynow.com](http://www.charmynow.com)
   and have a couple of embedded forms and widgets that link to my Mailchimp account.
   However, I just noticed that the forms from my Home and About pages as well as
   primary sidebar (for Blog, Freebies and Contact menus) don’t work properly.
 * After looking at the MC4WP plugin > Other section, the Debug log show “ERROR:
   Form 635 > Mailchimp API error: 400 Bad Request. Invalid Resource. Your merge
   fields were invalid.”
 * Could you please help me?

 * Are you using the free or premium version of our plugin? If it’s free version,
   then go to “MC4WP > Form” menu and check if all fields are setup correctly.
