# Error generating report

 * Hi,
 * I’ve been using this plugin (to export my user details) for a number of weeks
   and it’s had been working really well. However, just last week it’s been throwing
   an error.
 * After adding a number of profile fields and clicking “generate report”, it opens
   a new tab, loads for a minute and returns the following error:
 * “This Page isn’t working
    _‘My website URL’_ is currently unable to handle this
   request. HTTP ERROR 500″
 * I appreciate any ideas what may be causing this issue and how to resolve it.

 * Nothing has changed in my plugin. As always before asking for support please 
   test if the problem still occurs when you deactivate ALL (excepting buddypress
   itself) other plugins.
 * Like I repeatedly say many (perhaps most) other plugins are poorly coded, so 
   the actual problem likely a resides with them.
 * Once you have followed through on that I am happy to investigate further.

 * I am resolving this for good order. But will still monitor the thread and reopen
   if necessary.
