 * We’ve been using this plugin for quite some time now and we loved it. However,
   lately, every time this plugin is activated, we can’t visit our website. We’re
   getting a connection error.
 * Is there an upcoming update on this plugin that will fix this bug? Thank you!

 * Thank you for reaching out.
    This seems not related to W3 Total Cache directly
   but with some security plugin. Failure to respond back to the server’s data requests
   in a timely manner causes cURL error 28. You can also check if the Performance
   >Page Cache>REST API section and make sure the setting “Disable REST API” is 
   not enabled. Thanks!
