 * Hello, one of my sites, which uses WP Data Access and Code Manager, is currently
   down, with this error message:-
 * Error getting administrator credentials: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size
   of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/{
   main-url}.com/ba2.{main-url}.com/wp-content/plugins/code-manager/includes/class-
   code-manager-loader.php on line 12580768
 * The site is password-protected, but I can provide access details if you need
   to access the site itself. At the moment, all that I see is a blank page – no
   error message is shown in the web.
 * Thanks in advance for your help.
 * Nigel (RC169)

 * Hi Nigel,
 * Thank you for reaching out! And sorry this bug hit you.
 * We are currently trying to fix this issue. We’ll release a new update as soon
   as possible.
 * Meanwhile, please delete the Code Manager through ftp or a similar tool and reinstall
   the actual release. We already deleted the latest update from the plugin directory.
   You can safely go back to the actual release and update when the fix is available.
 * Apologies for the inconvenience,
   Peter

 * Hi Peter,
 * Thanks for your prompt response, and attention to this issue.
 * Unfortunately, I have not been able to access the WordPress Dashboard for the
   site – not from the link in my hosting service, and not from the suggested URLs
   with the site address with “/admin/”, “/login/” or “/wp-login.php” extensions.
   I see only the empty page, as before.
 * If you happen to have any ideas that you can offer quickly, that would be good–
   but I understand that solving the actual problem is probably your main priority
   right now!
 * Thanks again for your help!

 * Hi Nigel,
 * Are you able to access your site files using FTP or cpanel?
 * If yes, kindly delete or rename Code Manager’s plugin folder and try accessing
   your dashboard via /wp-login.php again.
 * Let us know if that helps!

 * Thanks, Kim and Peter,
 * Now working correctly again!
