# Error getting token

 * Good afternoon, I installed your plugin, but when I try to get a token in instagram
   I write an error
 * {“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Redirect URI 
   does not match registered redirect URI”}
 * how do i get this token?

 * First of all please make sure that you have the latest version of our plugin –
   1.3.21.
 * If yes, then please make sure that in the browser window you are logged in with
   your Instagram’s Business account.
 * Please also make sure that there is no mixed content (http/https) issue on your
   website.
 * After all this, please try to authenticate again.

 * Can you please try to uninstall the plugin, reinstall it and try to authenticate
   again?
 * Also, please make sure that you have installed the latest version of the plugin.
