Which theme are you having issues with?

I have problem with ‘customizr’ theme.
I have added few images, these are in ‘Media’
Tried to delete the image but getting this error and I am not able to delete the image.
Also tried to delete the un wanted theme’s , I am getting the same error and unable to delete the theme

Try deactivating all of your plugins. Does the error persist?

Thanks Andrew, it worked.
Curious to know what may be the problem with plugins

It may have been one rogue plugin that was causing the error. If you deactivate all your plugins, you can reactivate them one-by-one until the issue comes back. The that should show you the plugin causing the problem.
I was getting the same error.
I found that it a a Plugin called Ninja Forms by The WP Ninjas. Once I deactivated it I was able to delete web pages again.
Has anybody notified “The WP Ninjas” that their plugin Ninja Forms has been hacked?

@silverknight was spot on had same problem deleted and everything was fine. Thank You
I am now (20160601) having same problem “Go get a life, script kiddies.”
Thanks to this post and thread,
I am going to (right now) DISable Ninja Forms and delete MULTIPLE USERS (thankfully only “Contributors”) that have shown up, mysteriously, in our WP Users list ever since we started using Ninja Forms.
OK, I did it just as described above, and the Users are now:
GONE!
I will notify Ninja Forms.
