When I go to Google for WooCommerce dashboard, I get a bunch of errors (see screenshot https://imgur.com/a/1UJkmig). If I go to settings page, I get “Oops, something went wrong” –

    Click for error details

    TypeError: e is undefined

    Error log file shows:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function Automattic\WooCommerce\GoogleListingsAndAds\API\Google\AdsAssetGroup::__construct(), 2 passed and exactly 3 expected in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/google-listings-and-ads/src/API/Google/AdsAssetGroup.php:92

    Hi there!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This error indicates a PHP fatal error caused by incompatible or incorrect code execution, usually due to a plugin version conflict or an outdated integration.

Could you please make sure you are using the latest versions of all plugins?

Additionally, I’d like to better understand your site setup. Please share the information below so we can investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status

Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share a link to that paste in reply here. Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further

    Hi there!

Thank you for sharing the System Status Report. I’ve reviewed it, and everything appears to be normal in the report.

To assist you further, could you please try the following steps:

    • Clear your site cache and temporarily disable the W3 Total Cache plugin, then try accessing the dashboard again to see if the issue persists.
    • If the issue continues, please deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and Google for WooCommerce (Google Listings & Ads) and check whether the problem still occurs.

To avoid affecting your live site, you can run a conflict test on a staging environment. You may use the following plugin to create a staging site:
    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-staging/

Here is a guide that explains how to run a conflict test:
    https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Please let us know the results after testing, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

I disabled W3 Total Cache plugin and the issue resolved. I have used W3 Total Cache plugin and Google for WooCommerce on other sites with no issues. Very similar setups. Hmmm.

    Hi there,

Thanks for the update I’m glad to hear disabling W3 Total Cache resolved the issue.

Since you’ve successfully used this plugin alongside Google for WooCommerce on other sites, this may be related to caching configuration rather than a direct compatibility problem.

As a next step, could you please try purging/clearing all caches from the W3 Total Cache plugin settings and then re-enable the plugin to see if the issue still occurs?

If the problem returns after enabling the cache, we recommend reaching out to the W3 Total Cache plugin support team and asking them to help review the plugin configuration so it works correctly with the latest version of the Google for WooCommerce plugin.

They should be able to advise which cache options or exclusions need to be adjusted.

Before you go, If you’re happy with the support you received today, would you consider leaving us a quick review? It really helps us out: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/google-listings-and-ads/reviews/#new-post
