# Error i wp-admin

 * After I updated to 4.5, the entire wp-admin changed. I forexample can not change
   or add pages. wp-admin looks like this
 * WooDojo
    WooDojo WooDojo Social Widgets
 * Dashboard
    Dashboard Home Updates 3
 * TemplateMela
    TemplateMela TemplateMela Theme Settings Hook Manager
 * Posts
    Posts All Posts Add New Categories Tags
 * Media
    Media Library Add New
 * Pages
    Pages All Pages Add New
 * Comments 0
 * Portfolios
    Portfolios Portfolios Add New Portfolio Categories
 * FAQs
 * **Hope someone can help me.**

 * Try [manually resetting your plugins](https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)(
   no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one
   individually until you find the cause.
 * If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via [SFTP or FTP](https://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients),
   or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to `/wp-content/
   themes/` and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force
   the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (
   theme functions can interfere like plugins).

 * I tried to manually deactivate and activate all of my plugins, but the problem
   still occurs.
    I downloaded phpMyAdmin and I tried to find wp_options, but I 
   couldnt find anything.
 * I’m not very good with this, and I’m not sure what you mean.

 * It’s missing all the styles. Did you try deactivating your theme as well as deactivating
   you plugins? Also, have you tried going to your website on a different browser?
   Do you have a backup of your website before this happened that you can restore
   to?

 * Sorry .. I have tried this, and deactivated the themes, but nothing happens.
