# Error import

 * Hi,
 * cant import. Get this error message =>
 * The file is empty. Please upload something larger. This error can also be caused
   by uploads being disabled in your php.ini file or by the value in post_max_size
   being smaller than upload_max_filesize in the php.ini file.
 * What can i do? Searched for php.ini could not find it.

 * PHP.ini is a file usually handled by your web host to control restrictions around
   the way the hosting works. With that kind of error – I’d recommend reaching out
   to your host and checking you have permissions to upload files like that import
   file, and what the size limits are.
