# Error importing csv

 * When I upload a csv file containing licenses I get this error
 * function openssl_get_cipher_methods does not exists.
 * This has only occurred since the crash of 3.0. I am currently using 3.02

 * Thanks for reaching us,
 * Hope you are doing well, We have tested this on our end you are using the old
   version of OpenSSL.
 * The cipher method is not supported. This is normally caused by an outdated version
   of OpenSSL (and/or OpenSSL compiled for FIPS compliance). Please upgrade to a
   newer version of OpenSSL that supports aes-256-ctr to use this library.
 * The encryption library of the license key requires OpenSSL’s latest version you
   need to contact the hosting provider to do this.
