Error in activating Plugin

    I downloaded the plugin from within the wp console. When I go to activate it, I am getting an error that reads

    “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /hsphere/local/home/c239990/plansponsorconsultants.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-rss-aggregator/wp-rss-aggregator.php on line 152”

    Anyone able to advise on this.

    Hi @mag327,

    This error is caused by an outdated version of PHP (lower than PHP 5.3), and is fixable by upgrading to a version that obeys the minimal requirements.

    Your PHP version must be at least 5.3.9 (the minimum for WP RSS Aggregator).

    Please check in with your hosting provider if you are unaware of your PHP version or need assistance with upgrading your PHP version for your host server.
