 * Hello, I have an error on the backend:
 * > A critical error has occurred on this site. Please check your site administration
   > inbox for more information.
 * I am not receiving a message on my mailbox.
    If I turn off the extension everything
   works. It is present on several sites using Elementor, Woocommerce sometimes,
   OceanWP theme, Hello Theme…

 * Hello [@momo-fr](https://wordpress.org/support/users/momo-fr/)
    Did you use the
   latest BWU 3.10.0? If so, could you try to disable BackWPUp then access the backend
   again? If the issue still exists, so the error is not related to BackWPUp, you
   can do troubleshooting the issue by disabling the plugin one by one to find which
   one caused the issue ^^

 * Same thing here:
 * I’ve resolved the immediate issue by entering recovery mode and disabling BackWPUp
   but now I can’t enable it without getting that critical error again.
 * Here is the error
 * `An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 27 of the file /home/nujlmb/sites/

 * After completely deleting and re-installing BackWPUp I am able to enable it without
   there being a critical error (my guess is that something had gone wrong with
   the connection to Dropbox).
 * But now I’m getting these errors when running a backup:
 *     ```
       [13-Sep-2021 19:39:11] WARNING: Database error: Cannot load from mysql.proc. The table is probably corrupted. Query: SHOW FUNCTION STATUS
       [13-Sep-2021 19:39:11] WARNING: Database error: Cannot load from mysql.proc. The table is probably corrupted. Query: SHOW PROCEDURE STATUS
       ```
 * Hello [@jdaviescoates](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jdaviescoates/)
    `[
   13-Sep-2021 19:39:11] WARNING: Database error: Cannot load from mysql.proc. The
   table is probably corrupted. Query: SHOW FUNCTION STATUS` Hmm, this was returned
   from your database server, you can just ignore it, or contact the hoster and
   ask them why the MYSQL server return the warning. They should check this ^^ I
   hope that it could help ^^
 * You might want to look into this further – same/similar error:
 * PHP Fatal error: Uncaught InvalidArgumentException: Cannot locate the template/
   home3/tanyareitzel/public_html/wp1/wp-content/plugins/backwpup/views/notice/notice.
   php in template function. in /home3/tanyareitzel/public_html/wp1/wp-content/plugins/
   backwpup/inc/functions.php:27
 * I had a look in the plugin folder and subfolder ‘views’ is missing.
