Error in “copy this as your wp-config” code

Latest WP as of 2018 Nov 19: If WP cannot write its own wp-config.php, it comes back and says “you can copy the below as that file and then say proceed”, but the code supplied contains no ending “?>”. It is a semantic error even if it still works.
