    This is the error that I am getting on my network, Can someone tell 
   me how to fix it. step by step would be nice.

   public_html/wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 1281

   WP files is unstable.

    Yes I can login to my dashboard, but when I go to my network sites dashboard
   I get that error.

 * Okay,
 * I’d try going to the dashboard -> “Updates” section.
 * Then, manually re-install your version of WordPress.
 * See if that fixes the issue.
