   > This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.
   > php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at localhost.
   > This could mean your host’s database server is down.
 * Username and password checked, I think that problem should be with localhost,
   because it’s installed in a sub-domain…

 * If it is ‘localhost’ – then it’s localhost for subdomains, too.
    Check for spaces,
   upper/lower case, right spelling…
