# Error in link-template.php

 * Pressing the button “Add to cart” in Windows Edge (latest version) it comes up
   with a link-template.php error.
 * Notice: Trying to get property ‘user_nicename’ of non-object in /var/www/wp-includes/
   link-template.php on line 212
 * WP version 5.2.3, WP Shopping Cart version 4.4.8
 * The cart is being loaded, however because of the above error, it deter buyers
   from the page.
 * Can we take a look please? Is this a known issue?

 * Hi, that error is not coming from our plugin. This might be coming from your 
   theme or another plugin. Can you carry out a test. Can you test one of WordPress
   default themes like Twenty Seventeen? If that does not help, can you deactivate
   all of your other plugins, then carry out a test.

    I did not
   do extensive testing, however I am not sure you’re right. I disabled all plugins
   and it was still happening Then I changed Themes and it’s still happening on 
   Microsoft Edge browser, not Chrome. Here’s the same error Notice: Trying to get

 * Hi,

 * I checked your link above in all my browsers and I see that error message displayed.
   So it is not just happening in Microsoft Edge browser.
 * I carried out some more test in my dev sites and I don’t see that error message.
   Please speak to your host about this issue. This is not related to our plugin.
