Hello,
same problem for me: Just updated the plugin on my site https://consultus.org, and now I cannot access the site anymore. When I go to the WP login page, I get:
Warning: Use of undefined constant _FILE_ – assumed ‘_FILE_’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /kunden/165714_10437/webseiten/cus/wp-content/plugins/delete-all-comments-of-website/delete-all-comments-of-wordpress-website.php on line 13

The site itself can still be accessed by users, but it also shows an ugly warning message on top. Please URGENTLY fix this – this is my business site! I am losing customers if the site doesn’t work properly.
I deleted the “Delete all comments” plugin before logging out, but that didn’t help.
@consultus deactivate the debug modus. Set it from true to false.
See here how to do this: https://www.jaba.hosting/hrf_faq/debug-modus-aktivieren/
@jb-1985 Thank you! But how do I do this if I can’t log into my site at https://consultus.org/cus/wp-admin/?
@consultus via FTP.
Download the wp-config.php, edit and upload and replace with the old wp-config.php.
@jb-1985 Sorry to be a pest but … I checked via FTP and it turns out the debug mode is already set to “false”. So this won’t help.
But I also noticed that the plugin “delete-all-comments-of-website” is still listed under /webseiten/cus/wp-content/plugins. What if I simply deleted that entire folder via FTP? Should solve the problem, shouldn’t it?
Or can I do more damage?
Cheers!
Yes, delete the Plugin via FTP from /webseiten/cus/wp-content/plugins
