Hi there,
Looks like there’s a server error. Could you check with your webhost if there’s anything in the server access logs that could point us in the right direction?
It could be some kind of compatibility problem.
Try disabling all other plugins for a second and see if it works then.
If not, try switching to a default theme (like Twenty Seventeen) and check again.
An easy way to do these tests without interrupting your visitors is using the “Troubleshoot Mode” in the Health Check plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/

Hi, thanks a lot for getting back to me. I’ve done as you suggested and switched to a default theme and it seems to be working fine, it looks like there is a compatibility issue with Martfury Theme.
Any clue how can I fix this conflict please?
