# Error in “Send multiple packages”

 * If you select “Send multiple packages” the following error appears: “SOAP ERROR
   Encoding: object has no`Name`property “

 * Is the Shipper name and address set in the settings as well as the name and address
   of the receiver?

 * Shipper – Yes
    Recevier – Yes (We tested also to seperate the street name and
   house number to Address Line 1 and Address Line 2) If we don’t choose multiple
   shipping it works. So the settings should be correct after all?
