 * Hello!
   I installed and activated the plugin but when I try to start, I had this
   notification and my server provider doesn’t understand what could be the problem:
   Server configuration errorGB or Imagick library is installed in your server but
   doesn’t admit webp format. Therefore you can’t convert images to webp format
   in your server, because doesn’t have the plugin requirements that appear in the
   FAQ of the plugin. This problem doesn’t depend on the plugin.¡However, we have
   a solution for you! You cant activate the pro version of the plugin, which concede
   you to convert images using a remote server. This allows you the option to convert
   images without any problem and accelerate your web now.—Code error: libs_without_webp_supportCan
   you help me, please?

 * Hi [@csis333](https://wordpress.org/support/users/csis333/),
 * Thank you for your message.
 * You need to have the GD or Imagick extension installed. The extension must support
   WebP format. If you have an error saying that the GD or Imagick library is not
   installed, but you have it installed then they are probably incorrectly configured
   and do not have WebP support.
 * An example of the correct server configuration can be found [here](https://url.mattplugins.com/converter-plugin-faq-plugin-requirements-configuration-image).
   The link to your current configuration can be found in the Help Center tab on
   plugin settings screen.
 * Best,
   Mateusz
