# Error in the basic setting section

 * I have been checking for a long time and have not found a solution, can someone
   help me.
 * After everything is set, then go back to check the setting again, and then an
   error has occurred. (Shop Logo: There has been a critical error on this website.)
 * Then I got an error notification email from the system, mentioning:
 * The error of type E_ERROR is caused in the file /home/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-
   delivery-notes/includes/class-wcdn-settings.php on line 458. Error message: Uncaught
   DivisionByZeroError: Division by zero in /home/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-
   delivery-notes/includes/class-wcdn-settings.php:458
 * At the same time, I found that the Logo was missing when printing the invoice.
   I didn’t modify any code, and also disabled other plugins, but the problem is
   still there.

 * That is a bit strange, as we have not encountered this before.
 * Can you please share some details about the site like the screenshot of your 
   plugin settings, the PHP version on your server, I also recommend you try changing
   the logo image to some other image?
 * I am also showing the error to our developer to find out the cause of the error
   and I will get back to you with an update on this.

 * Thank you for your response. I have taken screenshots of relevant information
   for your reference.
 * Also, I have tried to delete the plugin and reinstall it, but the problem is 
   still there.
 * This is very strange, after the first setup is done. When going back to the setup
   page again, this problem appears.
