# Error in tracking script

 * One of our customers is using the StoryChief plugin for their marketing campaign.
   The connection and everything seems to be working fine, they can do scheduled
   releases of content without problems. 
   We do have a problem with the tracking
   script. It’s throwing an error (property is undefined). It seems to be the tracking
   URL it’s building up. We have no idea how to debug this. Is this perhaps a known
   issue, or could you help us figure out how to fix this?Please let us know.
