 * Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate
   365088 bytes) in /wp-admin/includes/class-pclzip.php on line 3846
 * what the problem and how can i resolve ??

    if so, try adding this line to your `wp-config.
   php`
 * `define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '64M');`

 * I deactivated all plugins and update the wordpress
    it worked without adding 
   the code in wp-config.php
