# Error installing a theme from themeforest

 * I’ve tried to install “Entrada” theme from themeforest but when I want to upload
   the theme in WordPress but the system doesn’t allow me. I have two files “entrada.
   zip” and “entrada_child.zip” I’ve tried with both of them but it isn’t work. 
   Please help. I’m noob using wordpress.

 * Yes, The system show me an error message “Something is wrong. Do you want to 
   try again?, I have tried to install using the differents files but it’s not possible.
   This is driving me crazy.

 * For a start, at least you should try to download one [another](https://themeforest.net/item/yourstore-shopify-theme/15812829)
   theme. Just try. Perhaps the problem was only with the one you tried first. Perhaps
   the problem is on the developer side of this topic, not you.
