 * This usually indicates something’s up with the web server that your web host 
   manages.
 * 1. Check if your disk space quota still has some space
    2. Do you have SFTP/FTP
   access? If so, configure FileZilla with FTP credentials provided by your host.
   Manually upload the plugin and then install
 * Also, try installing another plugin. If you can’t, contact your web host, it 
   could be an issue related to permissions or disk usage.
