# Error installing the plugin / theme through FTP

 * For any installation / removal of the plug / themes, etc. asks for a server, 
   user name, password, I enter exactly the right (in FileZilla with the data connected
   to the server), and gives me an error:
 * ERROR: Could not connect to the server. Please make sure that the settings are
   correct.
 * How to solve this problem?
    Re-read the answers in different forums, but a definite
   answer has not found.

 * My hoster said that the site is not even trying to connect to server, the logs
   are empty.
