# Error Installing the Plugin

 * I unsuccessfully tried to installed your plugin a few times now.
    Here is the
   error message I get. <<<The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT(-
   10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature >>> Please help!

 * I’m sorry you’re experiencing trouble. Please try manually re-downloading the
   plugin file from:
 * [https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/easyrotator-for-wordpress.1.0.11.zip](https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/easyrotator-for-wordpress.1.0.11.zip)
 * It sounds as though the file may have never fully finished downloading.
