# ERROR: Internal Server Error

 * Hi there,
 * I’m like this plugin and am keen to move to buying the extension bundle, however
   before I do I need to know I can resolve the below.
 * Basically, whenever I go to upload a cover pic of photo I get the following error
   of “ERROR: Internal Server Error” in a red box after the image uploads.
 * Please advise,
 * thank you

 * To help debug this I’ve just setup a blank site with a out of the box theme and
   only UM plugin installed. This should mitigate that it is either a theme or plugin
   conflict issue.

 * Note, both this site and the other one is hosted with HostGator using their WP
   optimised hosting. Up to date I’ve had no other issues uploading images.
