Thanks for reaching out @pachacutecinca. So we can determine more on this, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. Are you signing into Site Kit using a Google Workspace related email account?

Note also that we have a guide on the plugin website in relation to a similar error. Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

@pachacutecinca I just spotted that you have already sent your Site Health Information so thanks for that! You confirm that the account used for Site Kit is a Google Workspace related email account. The issue is likely due to a lack of permissions in Google Workspace for your Google account to access the appropriate Google service that you are trying to set up via Site Kit.

To resolve this issue, reach out to your Google Workspace administrator to ask them to turn on permissions for the service for your Google account.

Let me know how you get on with this and if I can help any further.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
