In the folder were the images are loaded, can be seen. Can not download them or create csv file. Please advise? The message does not look as if it comes from the latest version. * It might also be a good idea to make sure you are not up against space limits or permission issues on your server. Did anything happen since the last time you accessed the webforms page? And can you still access the layouts page? Just tested. I can access the webform and the layouts. and close or open the webform. * The first error is from trying to get to manage items, or download spreadsheet. The second error is after opening the uploading page as a user. * ewz-upload.php page, can it it be corrupted? Tested and still the same problem. I have the images, Is there a place where the uploaded data is located? Or is it Sql table? If I can only retrieve some data I can rebuild it. Then I would uninstall it and replace with a new one. My problem is that I Have a loaded stack and would try first to fix it, before I ask every one to resubmit. We can add pictures, except for one person. But We can not get a spreadsheet. Get the error invalid data. Very appreciated. The error still is *** EntryWizard ERROR *** Invalid data found Either trying to manage items or download anything. Yet we can upload images. I did find the images and the sql table with the entry_item.( quite a line) and all the records are there. I did find that a couple of days ago one user uploaded 6 images. Normal size and yes the limit is six as there is only 6 entries in the form. She did get error that she had exceded her limit. That error no longer happens or have happened. By the way her 6 images are in the sql table. What did happen at that moment, some how disconnect ew files and SQL table. ( If you know any php, it means the unserialize function failed ). * It might possibly help if you could tell me exactly which actions produce the message — clicking which buttons, selecting which items in a drop-down, etc., especially if there is more than one such action. * If it happens only for one webform, it may very well be the data for just a single image. You are getting warm. About one person. Right now, If I login I can see my images. If I sign in as any other user, I see their images too. If I Try under this lady KR, I get an error Notice [U001] *** EntryWizard ERROR *** Invalid data found and of course I can not see her pictures. * the error *** EntryWizard ERROR *** Invalid data found I get as an admin in trying to download spreadsheet, mange items, download images, or download both. Also in checking DB. If I would delete the lady KR entries from inside/directly the sql table wp_ewz_item, could help? The Kr images were the culprit. I took a chance and deleted her entries in wp_ewz_item, Bingo!!!! All back to normal. Thanks for the guiding. I do appreciate all you are doing. Have fun….
