# Error: Javascript and cookies

 * Hi,
 * it’s currently not possible to suscribe to my newsletter on [http://www.fragdenstein.de](http://www.fragdenstein.de)
   because you get an error message from the wrdpress core explaining that you should
   activate Javascript and Cookies in your browser even when both is activated. 
   Any ideas?

 * Probably it’s a plugin interfering with the subscription process. Please, try
   to change the action url on subscription steps panel to “blog home url”.

 * Thank you! I tried this – the plugin worked better then, but sometimes the error
   occurred again. So I tried to exclude the “Newsletter” page from being cached
   by my caching plugin. That seems to work now.

 * No, the plugin isn’t working yet. I changed the action url but still the same
   error message appears. Maybe any interference issue with the caching plugin (
   Fastestcache)?

 * I don’t know, caching plugin should not cache /wp-content/ urls. Anyway, since
   the page is called with a POST caching plugin should never cache POST requests.

 * Yes, I have installed WP Spam Shield.

 * Meanwhile I got in touch with the guys from WP Spam Shield. My problem seems 
   to be an issue with the spam filters of this plugin.
