# Error load csv table

 * Hello there,
    I have a problem when I access the event tracking section to download
   the csv I get the following DataTables warning error: table id = uat_et_log_table–
   Ajax error. For more information about this error, please see [http://datatables.net/tn/7](http://datatables.net/tn/7)
   What should I do?

 * It seems the admin-ajax.php is restricted on your site and this is the reason
   why the DataTables can’t load the data.
 * You have to speak to your server administrator or hosting support who implemented
   the restriction to your wp-admin area in order to whitelist the /wp-admin/admin-
   ajax.php
 * If that doesn’t help, we would need a temporary login to your site to continue
   investigations.
