# Error loading when login on wordpress admin

 * Need help.
 * Here is my situation. I download wordpress 3.9.2, Unzip, create a database from
   my hosting control panel, Upload/install all the files of wordpress to ftp file
   and run our domain. Then the installation of wordpress shows, put all the details
   created on the database, copy the wp-config.php file and paste to new config 
   file and install.
 * All is running well and the sample page of wordpress website on our domain shows.
   But when trying to login using the desired username and password. after hitting
   login/enter button the page ([http://maxicare.ae/wp-login.php](http://maxicare.ae/wp-login.php))
   taking to long to load after a long loading the page shows only “/usr/local/cache/
   files/block.html;403”. and sometimes when try to refresh or load the domain or
   wordpress login it shows this “Blocked because of IPS attack. An attack was detected,
   originating from your system. Please contact the system administrator.”
 * What do i do wrong? How can i access the wordpress admin? Is there something 
   or error uploading? Or this is the down issue of wordpress? How can i solve this?
 * Please help us we need to create our website as soon as possible. Hope i can 
   get a solution from this forum.
