 * When I use the PHP function error_log it doesn’t log to the debug.log file when
   Litespeed is enabled. Any tips on resolving this?

 * Deactivating and reactivating I get this message:
    The plugin generated 468 characters
   of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” 
   messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or
   removing this plugin.

 * I don’t think error_log will output to debug.log ? it should fallback to whatever
   php.ini was set to , unless you explicitly set `define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );`
 * may I know what is your WP and PHP version ? I got feeling it might conflict 
   with other plugin though.
