 * Hi. I found about 700kb of error log file in my public_html folder and it is
just errors from this plugin. Another problem was that updated post titles did
not appear in the search terms, even when I requested reindexing.

 * What kind of errors are you seeing in the log? There’s clearly a problem – Relevanssi
Light shouldn’t generate any error logs when it’s working properly.
 * Also, since you mentioned reindexing – are you talking about Relevanssi Light,
   or [Relevanssi](https://wordpress.org/plugins/relevanssi/)? There’s no reindexing
   feature in Relevanssi Light.

 * The correct term is “process all posts” (lite version). Clicking that after updating
post titles did not seem to show the updated post titles. The errors were related
to issues with full search indexing with lots of database tables mentioned. I
have reinstalled the plugin and if any errors arise, I will share them here.

 * Processing posts is not reindexing in Relevanssi Light. You can’t trigger reindexing
manually in Relevanssi Light, it happens when your database server deems it necessary.
It should happen automatically whenever the posts change and pretty soon, too.
 * When you say “did not seem to show the updated post titles”, what exactly do
   you mean? Show where?

 * Let’s say I update a post title to reflect a certain search term. That post did
   not appear in the search.

 * The database server should update the index automatically, immediately after
the database row changes. If the fulltext index is not reflecting changes in
the database, something may be wrong in the database. Relevanssi Light leaves
all that to the database, and it’s all up to the database server.
