# Error Mail

    I have a problem with sending the email. When I finish the process
   the mail gives an error and does not send email

 * First thing to check, would be if other emails can be sent from your WordPress
   Installation. Do you receive those without problems? Like for example the mails
   when you reset a password or register a new user?

    yes the whole site is sending email except the picu that gives

 * What error message do you get, when you try to send the email?
 * Could you send us an email ([support@picu.io](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-mail-3/support@picu.io?output_format=md))
   with the error message or a screenshot of it, together with the Debug Info of
   your site (copy/paste from picu -> Settings -> Debug Info)?

    After updating picu
   from 1.5.9 to 1.6.1, picu stopped sending notification mail 🙁
