 * Hi all,
 * I have a problem with WP mail SMTP. I don’t receive emails from July. The email
   test work but if I try send message from website I receive this error:
 * Mailer: Other SMTP
   The following From address failed: [xxx@yahoo.it](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-mail-from-command-failed/xxx@yahoo.it?output_format=md):
   MAIL FROM command failed,,0,SMTP server error: MAIL FROM command failedSMTP server
   error: MAIL FROM command failed

 * Thanks for reaching out! According to the error message, it appears that you 
   have configured the **WP Mail SMTP -> Settings** incorrectly.
 * If you’re configuring Yahoo SMTP, you need to generate an app password by following
   [this guide](https://wpmailsmtp.com/docs/how-to-set-up-the-other-smtp-mailer-in-wp-mail-smtp/#yahoo)
   and then update your SMTP Password under the WP Mail SMTP settings page.
 * Also, make sure to update the “from email address” with your Yahoo email address.
 * Once you correct the SMTP settings, try sending a test email (**WP Mail SMTP -
   > Tools**).
