# Error managing settings

 * The plugin seems to work perfectly. But when I click in the “Manage Settings”
   button, the config screen open at first time and, then, the content disappear,
   lefting just a blank page.
 * How can I solve it?

 * Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry that I cannot reproduce the issue. And when
   I visit [https://colabcolibri.com/](https://colabcolibri.com/) now, looks like
   the pixel is firing. Please let me know if the problem has been solved or else
   how I can help to debug on that.
