# Error message

 * I usually get the following error message when saving changes in the Customizer:
 * “Something seems to have gone wrong. Please wait a few seconds and then try again.”
 * Sometimes the changes are not applied, sometimes only after 2-3 attempts to save.
 * How do I fix this?

 * Hello,
   Thank you for reaching out. The issue you’re experiencing might be related
   to an active plugin conflicting with the Customizer. I recommend deactivating
   any active plugins one by one and then trying to save changes in the Customizer
   again. This will help identify if a plugin is causing the issue.If the problem
   persists, please provide a full screenshot of your Customizer, so I can assist
   you further in pinpointing the exact section where the issue might be occurring.
