   the email form

 * Looks like a momentary issue with attempting to fetch existing lists in your 
   account, and not being authorized at that time of attempt. Normally in moments
   like this, there’s potential to do a re-connect process, but for the moment, 
   we should be fine.
 * If the issue persists, let us know, but I understand that it may not be as big
   of a deal since you mention it’s a staging site and not your live site, for example.
