    hi,

    the plugin is showing an error message on my site’s health page related to the tracking setup, here is the message;

    “be sure to clear the cache to ensure the tracking appears on all pages and posts.”

    I have clread the browser cache also used litespeed cache to Purge ALL.

    Yet , the error message is still there!

    can someone advise what is the problem?

    regards

    Hi @rawan2021,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    MonsterInsights proactively monitors if your Google Analytics is tracking correctly on your website after authentication. Using WordPress’s Site Health feature, we make sure our users are aware when their Google Analytics code isn’t outputting as expected.

    The critical message you’re seeing is usually caused by a caching plugin. However, it sometimes can be caused by a coming soon page or a missing wp_head() in the site’s theme.

    If your site is already live, your theme uses wp_head() as expected, and since you’ve ruled out cache, out of curiosity, is there any script optimization feature running? If you’re able to exclude MonsterInsights scripts from being deferred or delayed, that message should disappear. This will allow MonsterInsights and Google Analytics to load right away and help make sure your Analytics are as accurate as possible.

    I hope this helps, but let me know if you have further questions.

    Thanks!
