    i keep getting error messages “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.” https://snipboard.io/LX4vCR.jpg whenever I try to add users. It appears they are being added when I refresh or go back. Also when I tried to look up what the various team member permission types do, the list I could find online was different than the list I could see in my account. Please can you share updated lists – wondering which colleagues should be Customer Managers and which should have full Admin.

    Hello @joannewilliamsfuel – thanks for sharing that screenshot and describing your issue.

    This error is caused by a faulty plugin, theme, or perhaps an update that went wrong – not directly related to Jetpack CRM. You would have received an email from WordPress to your WP Admin administrator email address with instructions on what to do next. Your host’s customer support will be the best place to contact for help with this if the email you received doesn’t help you get it resolved.
