 * Hi, I purchased a theme and the developer is not responding to emails… there 
   is an error message on the front page of my site and I don’t know how to get 
   rid of it – message says:
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_pagenavi() in /home/madinme1/public_html/
   wp-content/themes/neuethemesbasel11/Basel11/index.php on line 99
 * Can anyone help me with this? I’m not a coder, however I do follow instructions.
   Thanks in advance for your assistance.

 * If you send the URL of the website, and the source of index.php (put it on pastebin
   or so) we might be able to solve it.

 * `wp_pagenavi` isn’t actually a WordPress core function – it’s trying to call 
   a [plugin](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-pagenavi/) that a number of
   themes have included support for.
 * If you have the plugin in your plugins list, activate it; if you don’t, you can
   get it from the link I posted. If your theme is decently coded, it should give
   you the choice to turn any plugin-based features OFF if you don’t want it at 
   all.
