That site you linked to was violating the WordPress trademark. Generally avoid getting any themes from search engines as if they were from infectious disease carriers. And that advice remains the same: unless you know how to read and look for traps in PHP code _then stay away from using search engines to obtain WordPress themes_. In fact odds are very good that they do not. And sure you can scan your site for malware after installing the theme, but then **it’s already too late**, and cleaning it may take a lot of work. * Like Jan says, the only way to ensure a theme definitely doesn’t include viruses/ malware/etc, it to download it from WordPress.org, since WordPress does extensive checks for that before accepting a theme in the directory.
