    When I try to activate the plugin I get this error:
 * Warning: require_once(/home/hummingbirdtest/hummingbird.danielbergstrom.se/wp-
   content/themes/smarty/admin/meta-box/inc/field-multiple-values.php): failed to
   open stream: No such file or directory in /home/hummingbirdtest/hummingbird.danielbergstrom.

 * Have tested latest version on several sites. Not getting any such error.
    Try
   installing it again after deleting it.
 * It might be possible that you might be installing the plugin on the instance 
   when plugin was being updated.
