 * I see this message in my logs:
 * `Transport error occurred: An error occurred when fetching the URI "http://api.
   benchmarkemail.com/1.3/" with the adapter "curl"`
 * I don’t know whether this is an issue with the plugin or with the Benchmark API.

 * I’d note that this error appears to be intermittent- and a subscribe notice does
   go out after form submission.
