 * The cc option on my form produces this error message after clicking “donate now”:

 * If you have a premium gateway like PayPal Pro, then your best bet is to submit
   your ticket here: [https://givewp.com/support](https://givewp.com/support) — 
   we can help you best there.
 * I’d also suggest reading our docs on running Give in “Test Mode” here: [https://givewp.com/documentation/core/test-mode/](https://givewp.com/documentation/core/test-mode/)—
   that might help a bit, specifically making sure you are using PayPal Pro test
   credit card numbers.
 * When you submit there, please provide a link to your donation form so we can 
   see the problem live.

 * A: I did submit a ticket on Wednesday. I have no way of checking on the status
   of the ticket when logged into Give so I posted in the forums after not hearing
   back from anyone in 24 hours. I will resubmit a ticket now though.
 * ORIGINAL TICKET:

 * RESUBMITTED TICKET:
    If you need to reference this ticket for any reason, this
   is your ticket number: #5303
 * B: I originally tested the cc section in sandbox and it worked.

 * Also, from what I’m seeing there, it looks to me like you have the TEST credentials
   entered, but maybe not the LIVE credentials. Or you have the credentials swapped.

 * I have turned off all the plugins and am still getting the error message. However,
   when poking around in PayPal, it looks like I did not enable the feature that
   allows me to directly accept payments via cc. I have enabled that feature, but
   it requires some sort of verification by Paypal. Once I get confirmation of the
   feature being enabled, I will test again and we can go from there, I guess.

 * Hey Matt, I have received verification from PayPal that we are now set up to 
   take direct cc payments, however I am still getting the error message.
