 * I’m using the following shortcode:
    [Insta-Gallery user=”crossfitblackridge” 
   limit=”12″ type=”gallery” gal_cols=”3″ gal_imgpopup=”true”]
 * and getting the following error message:
    ERROR: your instagram account may be
   private OR may be unable to get results.
 * you can see it at:
    [http://www.crossfitblackridge.com/3352-2/](http://www.crossfitblackridge.com/3352-2/)
 * The instagram account is public.
 * I’ve tried disabling all the other plugins and it still didn’t work.
 * Any help you could provide would be much appreciated.

   Plugin is update/ Trying other plugin it still didn’t work.
 * and getting the following error message:
    ERROR: unable to get results. your 
   instagram account may be private OR other issue.
 * Deprecated Shortcode: It looks like you are using OLD shortcode. Please goto 
   Instagram Gallery plugin page and generate a new Shortcode.

 * Hi,
    ‘Deprecated Shortcode’ this message is only visible to administrator. and
   it means you are using old shortcode. please update plugin to latest version 
   and delete this(old shortcode) and re-generate new one.
 * if the problem persists then try to create test page, add gallery in that page
   and send me link, So i can check for the problem.
