# Error Message

 * After instaled, i am geting this message error: ERROR: Sorry, there was an error.
   Please be sure JavaScript and Cookies are enabled in your browser and try again.
   
   I could not use this plugin because this error that hapens every i try to make
   a register or a login. I tested in Chrome and explorer… with same results… and
   my browsers do not block Java or cookies. What to do in this case? Ty!

 * The error message is coming from WP-SpamShield. Ultimate Member uses registration
   code that doesn’t completely follow WordPress coding standards and best practices,
   creating a conflict. Certain WordPress hooks are left out. The issue is discussed
   on WP-SpamShield’s [Known Conflicts page](https://www.redsandmarketing.com/plugins/wp-spamshield/known-conflicts/?knic=plugin_ultimate_member#knic_plugin_ultimate_member).

   GitHub won’t be adequate to help you resolve the issue.
