# Form Validation Code Expired

 * The following message displays when I go to the page that I’ve installed the 
   plugin on. It comes up immediately and won’t let me go any further. I’ve contacted
   my host and they advised it was a plug in issue. Does anyone know how to resolve
   this? (I’m not very tech savvy)
 * “Form validation code expired. Please refresh page in order to continue.”
 * (I’m still building my website so it’s not live yet)

 * do you use some king of caching? It’s simple nonce value inside WordPress site.
   Also if you are using some kind of virtualization please for developing please
   check the time settings.
